Sacramento Trip

On April 1-2, please join us for our Annual Sacramento Advocacy Trip.  We have also invited Silicon Valley city and county governments to help educate public officials in Sacramento on issues of importance to Silicon Valley.  This day-and-a-half series of visits provides quality contacts for participants with key legislative leaders, administration officials and agency officials and their staff.  Previous highlights on the Sacramento trip have included meetings with the legislative leadership, Governor, Lt. Governor, Attorney General, Treasurer, State Controller as well as cabinet secretaries.  More specifics on our state policy priorities will be more fully developed at upcoming Working Council meetings over the next month or so.

Wednesday, April 1

7:30 a.m.                       Bus Departs Leadership Group offices (Reduce your carbon footprint and take the bus!)

10:00 a.m.                     Welcome Orientation – Sacramento

12:00 p.m.                     Lunch w/Guest Speaker(s)

1:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m.        Capitol Visits

6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m.        California Leaders Reception

Thursday, April 2

2:00 p.m.                       Bus departs for Silicon Valley
